There are a few things that most blogs share in the typical ‘About’ section: who you are and what you’re attempting to do with this blog. To follow in those footsteps I’ll start with the basics. My name is Jeff Lawrence, and I currently serve as Director of Online Marketing for a Marketing Agency in Southern California. In my free time I do consulting in the field of SEO, SEM, Web Analytics, and Testing.

With this blog I’m attempting to carve out a space online that makes sense for those of you who are in the Online Marketing field and don’t have time to navigate or add twenty some odd RSS feeds to your blog reader. The field is constantly evolving and changing, and I intend to provide my insight and opinion as to what is occuring.
